Barrister, Zenith Chambers Anesh specialises in landlord and tenant matters comprising housing, general commercial and common law, possession proceedings and nuisance. He has developed a particular expertise in the field of anti-social behaviour law, as well as appearing in a number of the leading cases in recent years. He is a joint author of Anti-Social Behaviour Orders: A Special Bulletin (Jordans). He also regularly appears in possession proceedings both for tenants and landlords. Anesh lectures widely in the field including at national conferences on anti-social behaviour.

Housing Consultant and Lecturer, University of Westminster Ian is a full-time housing consultant and trainer specialising in housing policy and law and the development of cohesive communities. He has extensive experience of the issues that anti-social behaviour raises for communities and professionals, and the ways organisations can improve their responses in this area. Ian has advised many local authorities and registered social landlords and researched the role of alcohol in antisocial behaviour and multi-agency responses to ASB problems.
