The Change Management course has been developed by APMG in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

The course content is based upon Cameron and Green’s Manual ‘Making Sense of Change Management’.

It is designed to help you understand how effective leadership and preparation can be used to support individuals, teams and organisations through change.
