The Change Management course has been developed by APMG in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
The course content is based upon Cameron and Green’s Manual ‘Making Sense of Change Management’.
It is designed to help you understand how effective leadership and preparation can be used to support individuals, teams and organisations through change.
Who should take this course?This course is aimed at individuals who are involved in introducing change or for those affected by it.It can also benefit those involved in project, programme and portfolio management. Learning Objectives This training course will enable you to:-
* Understand what change means in a work environment
* Appreciate the impact of change on individuals, teams and the organisation
* Obtain an overview how individuals learn and change
* Look at team dynamics and the requirements for effective teams
* Analyse how different organisations are affected by change
* Examine different organisational change "models" and how best to apply them to your situation
* Investigate the role of the leader
* Understand how to manage resistance to change
