Apple Aperture 3.0 in Action with John Clements
Join us for an insightful and real world demonstration of Apple's new Aperture 3 software for the professional and passionate enthusiast photographer. John Clements is widely respected for his capabilities as a photographer, and his abilities to explain and encourage other photographers about techniques and technology.
As vigorous about maximizing the post capture side of his workflow as he is the capture stage, and having built his business around the Apple platform since 1994, we feel he is ideal to provide a real world assessment of Aperture 3 and related aspects to using the brands hardware and software. This workshop is practical in its approach, starting with images being shot in our studio environment to obtain various out of camera files, so they can then be worked upon from numerous starting points thatphotographers may encounter. Alongside, with material from his professional back catalog, John will take us through this program in useful easy to follow but detailed way. At various stages John will shoot extra material indoors and out and share his 'workflow' concepts for the benefit of photography across numerous subjects and situations. He will therefore talk about the different needs and resulting approach of the studio, event, landscape and social photographer amongst others.
If you are a working photographer or a passionate enthusiast this workshop will take lots of time off of the learning curve of Aperture 3.0. It is designed to be of benefit to those either already using or considering if the program is right for them. But with John's knowledge of other programs, how it may work alongside, or indeed may not be a solution for their particular needs.
