Course Content
In addition to core modules, students select two of the following pathways:

  • Animal Behaviour
  • Animal Welfare
  • Animal Science
  • Animal Conservation
  • Veterinary Health
  • Zoo Management

*Please note that the pathways available may be influenced by student numbers and choices may be restricted by previous study/ experience.

Assessment Methods
Students are assessed using a wide range of assessment methods including reports, essays, oral presentations and time constrained tests. Students also complete an individual research project on a subject of their choice.

Progression Opportunities
Students may progress to the MSc in Animal Welfare or seek employment in the sector.
