1. City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Housing (QCF) including Employee Rights and Responsibilities
2. Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice (QCF)
3. Essential skills Level 2 in Communication & Application of Number

Additional information

Additional Information: Fees - Fully Funded (Eligibility criteria applies). After information sessions there will be an induction day prior to the course commencing. The induction day at the College will include enrolment to CIH and Gower College and launch the programme. The programme will be delivered through a series of structured workshops, (delivered roughly 6 weekly over an 18 month period) which will give the student underpinning knowledge for the assignments. This can be delivered at the employer’s premises if required. This will be supplemented by ongoing individual tutorial support and NVQ completion. The Essential skills element will be delivered within the workshops with the support of a specialist tutor. There will be a controlled task and on line test. The QCF is continually assessed in the workplace. All learning outcomes for the Level 3 Certificate in Housing are met through the teaching, delivering and assessment of the course. These are internally verified on site and externally verified by CIH and City & Guilds.
