Individuals who are new to the industry and require a complete training package would normally follow the traditional Apprenticeship route. This usually comprises of some training at College and some training and assessment in the work place.

What will I study on the course?
You will study units including systems security, fault diagnosis and repair of IT systems. Ideal if you work in an IT role and want to gain a recognised qualification.
