The Apprenticeship scheme is divided into two levels – Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship. The level of Apprenticeship you undertake will depend on previous experience, ability and the job role you’re working in. The Nail Services Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone looking to begin a career in the growing industry of nail services and spa facilities. To succeed in the trade you must be organised, friendly, and dexterous, have good attention to detail and above all, have a passion for nails.
You will study towards a number of qualifications designed for you to achieve the skills for your chosen career.
Apprenticeship: NVQ Diploma in Nail Services;    Key skills in Application of Number and Communication;    Employment Rights and Responsibilities training.
Your full commitment to the Apprenticeship is essential. It is important you take ownership for your own learning by seeking out opportunities to gain new skills on the job with your employer. Tutors are on hand to guide and support you with your training and attendance at College sessions is essential. There are external exams to sit as well as building a portfolio of evidence.
