About this course
Entry requirements will typically be set by each employer however where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.This is a level 3 Apprenticeship so participants need to be able undertake independent guided research, have good levels of confidence in the use of ICT, effective personal management skills and communication.

What will I study on the course?
Apprentices will learn how to:
- Be skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
- Make recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
- Maintain records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to influence and challenge appropriately.
