What I would highlight:
I wanted to let you know that yesterday I delivered my first course since I took the Train the Trainer course. It was a 1 day R01 for 17 people. I employed some of the techniques we covered on your course last week and at the end of the day a spokesperson for the delegates got to his feet and thanked me on behalf of the group for such a great training day and then I got a round of applause from all the delegates... Just lovely! So thanks again for last week, much appreciated.

What I would highlight:
Many thanks for the materials you have produced for CEMAP. I have sat 1, 2 and 3 over the last six months and have just passed the CEMAP 3. I made use your audio seminars for all modules as well as some of the study guides. I found these a lot more user friendly then the textbook!
