This unique workshop offers a full range of techniques and processes to assist you in allowing the present moment to guide you in the discovery of your full potential. Each stage is designed to free up your impulses, instincts and insights, empowering you to reconnect, express and sculpt your never-ending creativity. Over the two days we will explore: Your individual creative process. How to free yourself from self sabotaged blocks. The practice of attention and self awareness. Taking risks and exploring the unknown. The Meisner Technique. Various movement techniques. Visualisation and Voice Dialogue. Self Leadership. Suitable for: Anyone interested in effective presentation, freedom of expression, assertiveness, having fun, meeting people and connecting deeply, self reflection and feedback.

Olivia Nelson
Facilitator
Olivia is also a professional actor with experience in theatre, television and directing. She has written and performed “You Talk I Listen” and “Archetypal Frenzy” and facilitates a range of workshops, programmes and courses in the UK and abroad. Olivia’s approach combines her experience of acting, self-development and leadership and she has designed and led workshops such as “Fit For Life” and “Authentic Connection”. She continues to lead The Mastery and The Meisner Technique for actors, private individuals and corporate clients.
Ranjit Krishnamma
Facilitator
Ranjit’s theatre/TV/film experience includes the Royal Shakespeare Company, Shared Experience, The National Theatre, Eastenders, Law and Order, Harley Street, Waking the Dead, Murphy's Law, Casualty and Little Britain, “Good Sharma,” starring Billy Connolly, “New Years Day,” “High Heels and Low Lives,” “Shooters” and “The Last Horror Movie.” Ranjit has led the Mastery of Self Expression for 15 years. He has also developed workshops of his own including “Feeling What Is”, “Beyond the Method”, “Expresso”, “The Heart of Drama,” and ”Into the Wild”.
