Art in the Royal Palaces of London

Students study a selected group of royal palaces in and around London. Using these exceptional collections as a focal point, students examine the architecture and history of each palace and its collections of paintings and decorative art. Lectures, complemented with first-hand study on frequent site visits, look at royal taste and collecting from the Renaissance to the 19th century.

Academis credits can be accredited through your university based on prior approval. For students at postgraduate level wishing to apply, tutors will allocate additional projects and grade on a higher level.

The school reserves a certain number of rooms near the Institute for the duration of the Summer Study. There will be several options depending on student needs.
