Ascension Teacher

Certificated Teacher Training with the Diana Cooper School

Duration: 9 day training composed of 3 x three day weekends.
Times: Friday 11.00am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday at 10-5pm.

This course will:

• Show you how to connect with the Angels and Ascended Masters for your own benefit and for others.
• Provide you with powerful techniques to develop the light body, raise your vibration, transmute energies and enhance your healing ability.
• Give you a variety of exercises & techniques to use in your workshops and sessions to enhance connection with the Angelic & Higher Realms.
• Provide an opportunity for personal development and advancement on your spiritual journey.
• Empower you with the confidence to organise and facilitate talks, groups, workshops, retreats and to lead meditations and facilitate one-to-one sessions.
• Give you a solid foundation and framework for structuring your own Angel and/or Ascension workshops.
• Give you the expertise and skills to facilitate a group, meditation or workshop in a professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive, extensive and inspirational manuals providing all the techniques, exercises, meditations and information you will need for your workshops and sessions.

There are no academic qualifications required. The main requirement is a desire from the heart to spread the light of the Angels and Ascension and to progress along your own spiritual journey.

On successful completion of the course you will:

• Qualify as an Angel/Ascension Teacher for the Diana Cooper School and be able to state this in your advertising and literature.
• Have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to run your own angel and Ascension workshops and individual sessions.
• You will have the option to subscribe as a professional member to the Diana Cooper School giving you a variety of benefits such as having your contact and workshop details listed on the school web site, receiving regular newsletters and any teaching, knowledge or manual updates as they are issued, receiving Diana’s tour dates before the public and you will be kept informed of developments and news from the school.

To receive your Certificate you will need to successfully complete the appropriate Modules - the Foundation Module and the 2 Angel Modules for your Angel Teacher Training Certificate and the foundation and 2 Ascension modules for the Ascension Teacher Training. The Foundation module is only taken once for either of the courses as it provides the foundation of both trainings. So, if you are already an Angel Teacher, you will just need the 2 Ascension modules in order to be a teacher of Angels & Ascension, (5 weekends or 15 days in total for both.)

COURSE CONTENT

You will be presented with full notes, so the emphasis of the training will be on practising the skills and gaining confidence & empowerment.

Foundation Module

• Enables you to help individual clients.
• Gives you the expertise and skills to facilitate a group or workshop in a professional manner.
• Empowers you with the confidence to organise and hold a group or workshop.
• Gives you the basic framework for the Angel and Ascension Courses.

The subjects covered include:

• How to set up a workshop or group – Weaving the Magic
• Preparing yourself. Your intention or mission. Grounding, centering, purifying and protecting, opening up to the highest guidance.
• Making people welcome – creating a safe space. The art of helping people feel relaxed and comfortable. Movement and exercises to relax people. Safe sharing.
• Presentation skills – Quality of voice. Being spontaneous. Attitude. Exercises to improve breathing and improve the tone of the voice.
• Structuring an Angel or Ascension workshop. Order of presentation. Creating variety. Using all your skills and being individual.
• Setting up Angel and Ascension exercises. Explaining the exercise and building the energy. Ways to end the exercise e.g. sharing, silence, going away and returning to discuss later, doing something filled with movement, sound and excitement.
• Mood induction. Watching the energy of the class. Body language. Interaction with groups. Demonstration of helping people change body position.
• Empowering others. Drawing out people’s magnificence. Getting people positive. Raising the vibration of a group
• The art of listening and hearing
• Use of the course notes
• Meditations. Preparing subject matter. Using your voice. Use of incense, candles and music.
• Ritual and ceremony. How to set conduct powerful ceremonies and Rituals.
• Grounding a group or individual
• Protection. Powerful protection invocations
• Healing and processing trauma. Note: when working with higher energies people’s deeper issues can surface and it is important to know how to handle this.
• Spreading the magic: advertising and spreading the word of your work. Peer support

Ascension Module

Ascension is our journey to wholeness, to completion, to coming home, to revealing our fullest spiritual potential.

Ascension is about raising our vibration to a much higher level. As we progress on our spiritual path we begin to operate at the 4th dimensional level, as we step into our Mastery we operate at the 5th dimensional level. As this happens we automatically attain and regain all our past spiritual gifts and abilities.

Ascension involves becoming clearer, diminishing the ego, (or rather using the ego as the tool it is meant to be instead of allowing it to control us) and healing and releasing our blocks and baggage. Not only transcending our personal baggage, but eventually also our familial, cultural, national and karmic baggage. High vibrational beings, like His Holiness the Dalai Lama may wear the robes of a particular nation or religion, but they speak to the hearts of all people, regardless of origin or belief. A true Master reaches across all boundaries as they have transcended their own.

This module will:

• Allow you to confidently lead meditations to increase the light body and connect with the Ascended Masters.
