Asian Bridal Hair

Year 1

The course content will include hair preparation. This will include a brief introduction and demonstration of shampooing and conditioning and well as dry styling, to include straight and curly blow dry techniques. You will be introduced to a range of heated appliances including: heated rollers, curling wands, and straightening irons. You will develop skills to enable you to efficiently style hair up with the aid of padding, back-combing, and pin placement. There will also be an opportunity to create hair down looks. Learning techniques for plaits and twists of the hair and attaching traditional adornments will also be covered. You will practice your skills on each other in class and on models if you wish to bring one into the sessions. You will work with our professional range of L Oreal haircare products.
