Introduction
Achieving successful working relationships with colleagues is not always easy. Some fall into the trap of aggressive behaviour, whilst others may play a passive role and as such be undervalued. The ideal is the middle ground occupied by those who can get the best from their colleagues, earn respect and create a constructive working atmosphere. Such people have learned to be assertive and consequently project confidence and a positive self-image. This one day course provides practical guidance on how to handle a range of situations.
