About this course
To give learners an awareness of different mental health conditions and how this may affect a person in their day to day life. To give them the skills to start a conversation and help them where possible.
Anyone, but especially people who work with, or volunteer, other people. Everyone has mental health!

AWARENESS OF FIRST AID FOR MENTAL HEALTH (RQF)
This course is run in a fun and engaging, interactive and varied way. It is also a fully accredited, Ofqual regulated qualification.
You will be sent the information you asked for, and you can book on the course if you so desire.
No, it isn't. This half day course is there to raise awareness. Most people prefer to do the level 2, full day course, and those who are in a position of management or leadership tend to do the two day, Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course.
