What I would highlight: Hi, i've attended both this course, and the 1st module, and i can definately recommend Ayurveda Retreat for training. Also my friends have done some other courses there (shirodhara and pindasveda) and they were very happy with everything also. Thanks.

Although Ayurveda is rapidly becoming a buzzword for the ultimate holistic system, it still has an aura of mystery and exclusivity around it. It is for this that Ayurvedic treatments are becoming extremely popular around the world, and not without reason. Ayurvedic treatments have the dual attributes of being both pleasurable and therapeutic. They are extremely helpful to enhance the state of health as well in the treatment of a wide range of conditions. Ayurvedic treatment can be distinguished from other massage therapies by its unique combination of techniques, herbalised oils and knowledge of the vital points (marma), important in the normal flow of energy in the body. Those who have experienced an Ayurvedic treatment usually comment on how different and wonderful it is. Integrating Ayurveda in your practice will turn out to be a great decision.
