Course Content

Over the course of your joint degree you can select from a balanced choice of politics and history modules. The first year is carefully structured to provide a firm foundation in both disciplines, but even at this stage you can start to shape the programme to suit your particular interests.

Years 2 and 3 offer still greater choice, with a final-year dissertation providing the opportunity to undertake in-depth, independent study on a topic of your own particular interest. You will be assessed by exams, essays, projects and dissertations.
