Course introduction: This advanced entry course brings together two complementary areas of study – Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organisational Psychology. This will enable you to more fully understand the social and psychological processes operating in organisations and to develop ways of improving them through the application of the systems used in the specialist HRM field.

As this is an advanced entry programme, applicants are required to have undertaken previous study at a higher level, equivalent to 2 years of a degree programme, or HND. This must include the relevant subject areas which underpin both HRM and Organisational Psychology areas of study.
