Restaurants and Events Management: Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Manager of Events Companies, Manager of Catering Companies, Restaurant Entrepreneur. Gastronomy and Cuisine Management:Gastronomy Consultant, Executive Chef, Gastronomy Entrepreneur.

Official Bachelor Degree by the Universitat de Girona and by EUHT StPOL.

This bachelor degree includes internships throughout the four years. Internships in the Hotel-School: throughout the course, some weekends and vacation periods from October to May. Two months during the first summer. Industry internships: internships of 2-3 months are conducted during the summers of the second and third years. A period of professional incorporation internships of 6 months is conducted during the last summer. The school is in charge of coordinating customised internships for the students, depending on their specialisation, both nationally and internationally.
