The Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Economics combined degree offers students high-quality, professional training in economics as well as the broad flexibility of a Bachelor of Arts degree which has the largest range of humanities and social sciences majors in Australia.



The School of Economics has expanded its extensive offering with two new majors. Students taking this course need to complete three majors:



Either

- one major from the School of Economics , and

- two additional majors from the humanities and social sciences where no more than one is chosen from School of Economics majors;



or

- one major from the School of Economics, one additional major from the humanities and social sciences, and one major from the following: Accounting; Business Information Systems; Commercial Law; Finance; Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management;

International Business; Management; Marketing; Quantitative Business Analysis or Psychology



Graduates of this program will gain technical expertise along with highly developed soft skills, qualities sought after by leading employers including government departments, respected private sector consultancies and corporations, in Australia and overseas.



NEW MAJORS

AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS
