OUTLINE OF DEGREE STRUCTURE
This five-year (full-time) combined degree program requires students to complete a total of 240 credit points of study from the University of Sydney Business School and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
For the Bachelor of Commerce component of the combined degree, all students complete:
- 36 credit points in core units of study (six units);
- a major selected from the Commerce major subject areas; and
- a minimum of 96 credit points in units of study from the University of Sydney Business School and the Economics and Econometrics subject areas from the School of Economics (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences), with a minimum of 48 credit points in senior units.
For the Bachelor of Arts component of this degree, students must complete:
- a compulsory major selected from the subject areas listed under Table A in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Handbook (where a major is available); and
- a minimum of 72 credit points in senior units of study selected from the subject areas listed under Table A in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Handbook (including units completed for the major listed above).
