Course programme

The Bachelor of Science (Wildlife Conservation Biology) offers a combination of theory and practical experience in the integrative disciplines of landscape ecology, wildlife genetics, endangered species biology and pest management.
In second and third year, students engage with conservation-active University of Adelaide staff and our research partners to undertake specialist training in animal and plant identification and participate in meaningful field work linked to current long-term research and monitoring programs.
These unique real-world experiences equip students with the practical and professional skills sought by public and private sector employers both in Australia and overseas.
