I believe that dancing should be part of every child's education because it helps develop their bodies, minds and personalities in so many ways, including:

• Posture
• Body co-ordination
• Muscle tone
• Self-confidence
• Musicality
• Rhythm
• Self expression
• Presence

No wonder it is the fastest growing art form!

And of course, learning dance should be a positive, enjoyable and rewarding experience.
