"The bank counter operator is responsible for the main cash transactions such as current account management, deposits, withdrawals, bank transfers, check collection, currency exchange. It then deals with offering assistance and advice to customers on the bank's products and services. What exactly does a bank teller do? It carries out its activity at the counter in contact with the public, supporting customers in the usual mostly automated banking procedures. In addition to cash management (as a bank teller), the bank counter operator provides information on the products offered (for example credit cards, rechargeable cards, mortgages, insurance policies, etc.), carries out accounting and administrative back office tasks, manages the relationship with customers and any complaints. He therefore deals with both front-office and back-office, reporting to the branch manager and constantly liaising with colleagues and managers of the various sectors who work in the central offices of banking institutions. The tasks of the bank branch operator therefore evolve more and more in the perspective of consultancy, due to the change in the demand for services that comes from customers: to propose and recommend in a personalized way financial products that customers need or might want , such as mortgages, loans, credit cards, savings collection services, insurance policies, etc. made available by your bank - highlighting the advantages, costs and risks of the proposed solutions. To this end,
"
