Beauty Specialist

To provide a student with everything they will need to be accepted on a cruise ship, spa or salon or indeed to be able to offer treatments in there own salon or clinic. We include a special module free of charge which deals with health & safety, tax and various other details required when starting up.

This course is going to appeal to the student just leaving School or a mum who has had children who are now attending school and she has time for herself. We can fit the course around the needs of the individual particularly as this is offered on a one to one basis. It could also appeal to someone wanting a complete career change. You can opt for the 7 day course which is now priced at £2,500

All candidates will undertake both Practical Training and Theory elements. An exam based on the content of the modules supplied will be undertaken at the Academy.

The qualification received is a full Beauty Specialist Certificate. You will be certificated for each single qualification you achieve as well.
On the 6 day Beauty Specialist you will qualify Manicure with Shellac
Application, Pedicure with Minx application, Waxing, Tinting and Perming, Skin Facial Therapy. Or 11day would include all of these together with Dolly Lash, Eyelash Extensions, Lash & Go & Spray Tan. & Makeup

The full course is far more involved than a standard level two.
Students who have graduated from this course are now on cruise ships, running there own salon or clinic or working in salon or spa.
It is a lot shorter in time spent learning which means you gain your investment back a lot quicker then spending 2 years at college.
The other contributor is the fact that you have a tutor all to yourself where you are able to ask questions throughout without having to wait until the next time you are in college. The tutor is also available after you qualify and leave if you have any issues or problems. We pride ourselves in being by the students side throughout her journey of learning with the Academy and after if needed.

We will respond quickly via telephone or email. We will when we make contact ask if you wish to proceed, find suitable dates that fit with your own diary. Ask for payment by debit credit card or straight into the Academy Bank Account. Once all has been received we will then send the course work by post or pdf format. Whichever is preferred. Then when you arrive at the Academy for the start of your training you will be welcomed, the first theory element explained by your tutor. Following this the theory and practical begin. You will be given your A&P book at the start of the training and then you will be given an online account so that you can take this element alongside the rest of your studies.

A1. You will be able to gain full Insurance as all of the elements together with the overall qualification are accredited with the Guild of Beauty Professionals. and as such you can get discounted insurance the insurance normally is £95.00 we give a coded number which you would ring and quote this will give you a £10.00 reduction so £85.00 for 2.5 million public liability

You will definitely be able to purchase all equipment and product from Sweet Squared as they recognise our qualification level and certification. You will also be able to buy Fake Bake products for the same reason. We would notify both parties of your qualification and they would be only to happy to supply your products.
