Course review:

For complete novices or those who have tried to make bread and have been disappointed with the results. We touch on nutrion, talk about the the science and have fun with a relaxed atmosphere. We bake in a modern kitchen on an ancient site, making 3 loaves which you take home, A white tin loaf, a rustic brown and wholemeal sodabread. Ingredients, equipment, information packs and recipes included.

Delicious home made lunch also included.
