The Bertinet Kitchen is a purpose built cookery and baking school in the centre ofbeautiful Bath. Owned and operated by the award winning French chef and baker Richard Bertinet, the school offers a wide range of one day and longer courses for food lovers of all abilities including breadmaking, pastry, Classic Bistro cooking, Stylish Indian Entertaining, Classic Italian cooking, Gastro! Simple Modern British and many more. The school also caters for corporate entertaing and training events, bespoke private groups and culinary tours and offers children's classes and training in breadmaking and bakery for the restaurant and bakery industries. The school is expanding in 2009 to add a second teaching kitchen allow more flexibility and space for classes and private events.
