Course Delivery:

Facilities Service Principles - the knowledge qualification. You will have a choice of different delivery styles; classroom; distance learning and blended learning (combining classroom and online education).
Facilities Services – the competency qualification is a work based National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), commonly known as a Qualification Credit Framework (QCF).
These can be taken as two separate qualifications; or a combination of both, which could be part of an apprenticeship (including essential skills).

The knowledge qualification is assessed by short answer question assignments, which can be submitted online. The competency qualification is assessed against clear learning outcomes setting out the knowledge and skills needed by managers at different levels.
Assessment tasks are practical and work based, reflecting live business projects and activities – a real benefit to both individual learners and their organisations.
