Black Belt Conversion

Take your capabilities even further. Our Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion programme is designed for graduates of our Mastering Process Improvement (500 series) and Green Belt programmes who want to generate more benefits for their organisation by building on their qualifications and experience in variability reduction.

The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between.

What are the benefits?
By the end of the programme, delegates will be able to:

  • Develop existing skills through revision and discussion of experience
  • Apply a powerful new range of Six Sigma tools in project environments to ensure that efforts are directed to critical problems and strategic issues

Who should attend?

Delegates must have completed a PMI Mastering Process Improvement programme (500 series) or PMI Six Sigma Green Belt programme and used the methods in process variability reduction work. If you have been Six Sigma accredited by a provider other than PMI, you may be eligible, subject to a detailed evaluation and assessment. Ask us for details.

Green belt qualified elsewhere?

You can become eligible to complete a PMI CQI Black Belt Conversion course by completing our pre-assessment programme. Once successfully complete the £600 fee is deducted from the cost of your Black Belt course!
