To become a chef, you will need much more than love to cook. Chefs are responsible for the activity behind the doors of a kitchen. They are the ones creating the menu and giving a direct food service at restaurants. In order to make sure everything goes as planned in their kitchen, they typically hire sous chefs, cooks and kitchen staff.<\/p>\n

A chef specializes in more than one type of cuisine, they master the cooking techniques and tools in order to go beyond and create their own culinary trends. Having a college degree is not necessary to become a Chef, a lot of them do a technical college or attend a Culinary Art School.<\/p>\n\n\t
