Founded in 2010 by 5 fitness professionals. Our aim is to offer the very best in training courses and services. With a vast amount of eperience in the civil services and fitness industry, we feel we are able to offer the very best learning experience.

We offer a personal service second to none, with each candidate given a personal tutor to help them through there studies. We also keep our classes small with a max of 8 students per course, to ensure you get all the tutoring you'll need!
