Body Language - a distance learning course by BSYWith body language making up almost 80% of all human communication, the ability to understand the messages that the body sends out is an important one.This Body Language course, delivered by distance learning, is designed to instruct learners in the importance of body language and how people interpret messages that they see rather than hear. Students will learn to read and use body language effectively in order to maximise co-operation and ensure that all parties are on the same page, in social as well as business situations. In addition, they will develop an understanding of the difference between congruous and incongruous behaviour.This course can be studied from anywhere with helpful support and encouragement from BSY's tutors.
