Course programme

Swedish body massage can be soothing, relaxing or stimulating for both the body and mind. You will learn how to recognise your clients needs and treat appropriately, as well as learning multiple massage techniques to adapt. You will also learn how to identify tension and tight nodules and disperse these manually and mechanically.

Manipulation of the superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue are initiated to aid in the healing process and promote relaxation and well being.

As part of the course you will have full access to detailed course materials including your specially designed course eBooks which include full step by step guides, demonstration tutorial videos filmed professionally by Victoria Arpels our founder as well as workbooks
