The Body Treatments including Advanced Massage course is designed for therapists who have completed the basic massage course and want to increase the variety of treatments they can offer to include body treatments such as Mud, Algae, Vitamin C, Cellulite and other specialist products.
The Academy uses Skeyndor products and you will be taught about the various different products which can be used for body treatments. The Body Treatments including Advanced Massage course will also teach the application of these specialist products such as Vitamin C and Cellulite. Students will learn how to utilise specialist techniques to help the product to penetrate the initial layers of skin, as well as luxury extras to the standard product application. You will then have the opportunity to use these products with a variety of models supplied during the practical training.
Students are normally advised where possible to bring a number of models for the 3 days of the course which could then potentially become future clients. However, if students cannot or would not prefer to provide models then please notify the Academy at time of booking so that models can be supplied.
