The botanist studies the world of plants, the different structures that they originate during their life cycle (flowers, seeds, pollen, tubers, etc.), as well as the organisms that interact with them (bacteria, fungi, algae but also animals). The studies are developed in multidisciplinary fields that embrace anatomy, physiology, evolution, systematics, taxonomy, biodiversity, ecology as well as the sustainable use of plants. The botanist analyzes the adaptability and diffusion of the various species based on the terrain and climates, proposes ideal cultivation and multiplication techniques, develops the necessary care for the maintenance and conservation of the species.
