With one in four people experiencing a mental health difficulty at some point in their life, promoting awareness of mental health issues and removing stigma are key priorities for health in mind.

health in mind training sessions provide a relaxed atmosphere for learning and exchanging knowledge whilst developing skills, knowledge and confidence.

health in mind training is needs led and tailored to meet participants' needs. Training costs include an initial consultation and pre-course training needs assessment.

The majority of training sessions are participative and experiential, with participants receiving course handouts and presentation materials.
