In this hands-on class, under the helpful guidance of the Leiths chefs, you will learn to make an array of breakfast treats, from muffins and pancakes, through to exciting ways with eggs and the ultimate Bloody Mary.

Using the techniques learnt on the day, you will be able to devise your own brunch classics, to the delight of family and friends.
