Overview At a glance This course is for those wanting to develop their human resource management functions in a company. Students will learn to manage recruitment, inductions, performance management, workforce planning and other employee relations functions. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Offerings Distance Education

Distance students require strong self motivation and must have 4-6 hours per week available for study for each unit. This course is self paced so students must have sound literacy and numeracy skills. This course is delivered by distance education so students must have access to a computer and the internet.
