The BSc (Hons) Audio Technology and Production course offers a unique blend of audio production, creative computing, employability/industry practice, and research and theory.

In this module you will learn the basics of studio recording you will learn the tools and techniques to be able to take an appropriate role in a variety of recording and production scenarios. Using the University recording studios you will learn the fundamental concepts of studio practice, including the basic operation of mixing consoles. Further study will include learning about microphones and their placement and how to record different instruments in the studio including percussion, guitars, bass, piano and vocals.
