About this course

As a BSc (Hons) Business and Management with Logistics and Supply Chain Management graduate, you will be qualified to work in areas such as customer service management, logistics management, production management, material planning, systems support, transportation, scheduling, general management, or as a sourcing analyst, process analyst or purchasing agent. You would also have the potential to develop your own business ideas and operate in a global business environment. Alternatively, you may wish to undertake further study and progress to a Masters degree.

How will I be assessed?

Throughout the programme there is a combination of different forms of assessment to test intellectual development, vocational capability and critical thinking. Coursework involves individual and group-based activities, case studies and problem-solving exercises. Examinations take a variety of forms, using both seen and unseen questions.
Who will be teaching me?

All of our staff are passionate about student learning and development. This degree is developed by research-active specialists in areas including inventory management in the automotive sector, information management and supply chain coordination in the transport sector, and supplier management in the aerospace sector. There will also be input from visiting speakers from multinational companies, private companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the public sector.
