A quick overview of the award:

In the first year, you will study modules which are intended to provide general computing knowledge and skills but will also cover the first stages of CCNA networking syllabus. The following years will see you deepen and extend your technical knowledge of network technology, computer systems engineering and computer science to cover CCNA and CCNP. You will cover all aspects of computer networks both implementation and management, using a variety of technologies. You will also cover wireless networks and the important growing area of IP telephony. You will have the opportunity to cover computer network technology security as well.

As part of your award you will be participating in the CISCO Networking Academy Programme and will be preparing for CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
