About this course

The programme aims to develop students’ knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in key areas of physiology, biomechanics, and psychology in order to understand their impact on sports performance, physical activity, and health. Integrated into the curriculum are a number of professional qualifications that students can gain alongside their degree at no extra cost. These include Gym Instruction, Personal Training, and Exercise Referral.
