BTEC Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management

BTEC Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training is one of the courses required by the SIA of all trainers delivering SIA approved qualifications.

A2Z Security Group has been delivering this qualification for 2 years and has a 100% pass rate. Our course has received excellent reports from quality assurance inspections and candidates. Our trainers are all very experienced in the security industry and other related professions.

The course is delivered in two parts: a Distance Learning Phase of between 2 and 3 weeks followed by a classroom phase. During the Distance Learning Phase you will receive full support by telephone, email and your own dedicated area on this website. You will have to complete a workbook and a project before the classroom phase.

During the classroom phase you will learn how to deliver scenario based learning (role play) and prepare training sessions.

This is not an easy course and you will have to work hard. Unlike some organisations we do not offer you an easy route or cut corners - the trainers we train will be able to deliver quality training. Our pass rate shows our dedication to our clients and our ability to give you the knowledge and skills you need. We may not be the least expensive but we are the best.
