Aim
To provide candidates with the knowledge and skills required to deliver scenario based conflict management training. This course is one of those required by trainers delivering Unit 2 training for SIA approved courses with effect from 1 January 2006.
Duration
The course is project and classroom based. A project must be completed before Unit 2 (Scenario based training) can be udertaken. Project work should take 2 weeks in the workplace and Unit 2 is 3 days in the classroom.
