Where will it take me? BTEC National Award & Diploma for IT Practitioners â€" Level 3. Employment including: IT Technical Support, Desktop and Network Technician, Software Support.

What's it all about? The course incorporates ICT Systems Support, Software Development and business units such as:
- sing ICT to present information
- Introduction to computer systems
- Networking essentials
- Installing hardware components
- Software installation and upgrade
- Technical fault diagnosis and remedy
- Exploring business purposes
