Course content:
This is a one year full-time course that covers a wide range of subjects in the general area if Information and Communication Technology. A variety of teaching and learning activities are used including practical computer work, projects, lectures and tutorials.

A variety of teaching and learning activities are used including practical computer work, projects, lectures and tutorials. The qualification is equivalent to 4 GCSE's grade C to A*.

Assessment procedure:
Assessment is by assignments and projects which have to be completed within specific time periods.

Entry requirements:
All applicants will be interviewed before being offered a place on the course. This interview provides the opportunity for both the potential student and College staff to ensure that the course will meet the needs and abilities of the student. Applicants will be expected to have at least 4 GCSE passes at grade D to G or a BTEC Introductory Diploma in IT Work..
