This course is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in the field of Performing Arts and you will have the opportunity to specialise in an area of your choice - Dance or Acting. There will also be a chance to choose additional units outside your specialism, giving you the option to try out new skills.
Study will combine both practical and theoretical elements, providing a base for your future career in the performance industry of your choice. All the subjects will work together to combine a solid foundation, giving you the practical skills to perform, the technical abilities to stage and the business methods to market yourself effectively. During the year, you will perform at a variety of venues and have the opportunity to develop your skills and abilities to the full.

Assessment Project and assignment work is continually assessed and you will have the opportunity to develop skills and utilise them to the full. Attendance and application to all areas is essential for successful completion.
