Entry is subject to a successful interview. You will need to buy a uniform and equipment and be able to attend flexible hours on a rota basis.

Content You will study five core units including the hospitality industry, customer care in hospitality health, safety and security in the hospitality industry, hospitality business operations and hospitality team leadership and supervision.
There are also other units which allow you to focus on other aspects of hospitality. You will spend some time at a hospitality outlet at the end of your first year to gain experience and enable you to carry out a work-related project. Key Skills will also form part of your final qualifications.

Work Experience This course will prepare you for entry into employment in the hospitality industry or to higher education programmes in hospitality or catering management.
