Description of the Course
This course is designed to provide the underpinning knowledge and understanding skills for IT Practitioners who are employed or wish to be employed as IT Practitioners or Technicians in a variety of types of IT-based and technical work in supporting roles. The BTEC National Diploma for IT Practioners(System Support) consists of 17 units. This includes six core units and eleven specialist unit of which Unit 4 - IT Project has 120 Guided Learning Hours.
