The Hospitality and Tourism industry continues to grow at a rapid pace and this expansion has led to huge demand for a more flexibly-skilled workforce. There has never been a better time to enter an industry where a wide range of career opportunities can lead to responsibility and early promotion to those with the right qualifications, experience and enthusiasm.
The course provides practical and theoretical aspects of the provision of both hospitality and tourism. A period of part-time employment within the industry is desirable to obtain the maximum benefit from the course.
You will study 12 units, each of which will be assessed and graded as a Pass, Merit or Distinction.
